It's been a while since my last blog. I wasn't really looking forward to blogging either. Mainly because I knew I would have so much to blog about since it's been so long.

So the summer flew by ands it's NOVEMBER!!?? Really what happened? We had two great vacations with both sides of the family. One great week in Ocean City with the Janes side of the family. And another with the Butler side of the family in North Carolina.

Tom and I purchased a house with our truly good friends Drew and Drea. God has truly been by our sides in every matter from money issues to how we live day by day together.

The boys have been growing before our very eyes. Jack can walk if you hold his hand and Hayden can knock him own. We're working on it.

Most mornings we do a devotional together with "The Big Picture Story Bible." I recommend it to anyone with small kids. Hayden loves "Go Diego," as he says it, and Dora. We have no cable or even regular channels on our T.V. so we pretty much watch the same DVD's. I don't think they really notice.

Andrea Jae Photography has been really taking off. God has His hand in every part of that business and Drea and I can really see Him as the pieces fall together.

Since I am really bad at taking the camera out of the house unless it's an offical shoot. Most of these pictures are us doing our everyday routine. Warning: These are not in any chronological order. So some are in the new house and some are at the Beall's place.

Most of the time when I am taking a picture I don't focus on the art of how the picture is brought together but at the emotion of the moment. I love capturing my boys because I never want to forget what they look like when they get excited, or those little faces they make that make them so unique to me. I usually try to capture how I see them...so enjoy.

Of course I took some breakfast pictures. Mainly because the beautiful day light pouring in and the fact they are strapped down. It's way easier to get great shots that way.

Notice the different paint samples painted on the wall. Yellow was to bright so now we're going for a gray blue. Rocky Mountain Sky, I think it's called.

Hayden sometimes gives me this look and I can't help but laugh. Especially when I'm being goofy.

Photobucket

Jack is growing too fast.

Photobucket

These next pictures are so funny to me. Because if you know Jack, you know any and everything goes into his mouth. I was trying to set him up for some pictures and he found some keys instead.

This is so darling. I almost never see them do this. Had to capture it.

Both boys love bath time. Especially in our new bath tub. It's like a pool to them.

Okay I love these two next pictures. Jack is cute as always but Hayden is cracking me up with his faces. He looks so determined to drink the water.

Typical Jack moment.

Hayden was actually saying something very interesting in this picture. He came up to me and stuck his gut out and said, "Mom look at my pee pee." He was so proud.

So I hope you enjoyed these pictures. I still have to blog North Carolina pictures and Halloween. Don't be rushin me :O)
I hope to get great Thanksgiving pictures so get ready! Yes this is a formal warning to all family members.

Random

I try to be so purposeful with my blog but life is so random and what's even more random is when I pick up the camera. Here are a few images that I thought were worth blogging about.

The first one is of Jack and I  playing.  Brenda, a really good friend of mine, came over and wanted to play with my camera. Hayden and her son Jeremiah are somewhere running around while Brenda does her own little photo shoot with Jack and I.

These next five images are of Tom, Hayden and Jack on the trampoline. When Tom comes home from work he likes to play with the boys. Either they play on our bed, the floor or the Beall's trampoline. Basically Tom will play with the boys anywhere he can lay down.

Obviously this is before Jack's buzz cut. I didn't realize how crazy he looked till after the smooth hair cut.

Photobucket

Hayden is such a hansom boy.

This is one of those images you never want to forget.

So my sister came in town for a few days, like in February! But I thought it was never to late to
post these, so here they are Bert.

For those who haven't seen Jack with his new and improved hair cut here it is!! I swear that hair cut aged him like 3 months.

This last one is sooooooooo cute. Hayden and Jack are both taking a bath and Daddy came home from work. This is there reaction to seeing Tom for the first time that day.

Things I never want to forget

As Hayden and Jack grow up there are a lot of challenges that Tom and I  as parents go through. Sleepless nights when the babies first come home, the screams in the middle of the night from teething, runny noses, bipolar like emotions, the list goes on and on. However there are a lot of things that I do not want to forget. So I am dedicating this post to all the things I don't want to forget.

Like Jack's first real food encounter.

Photobucket

How Hayden somehow always makes a big mess out of nothing.

Photobucket

Hayden's famous crazy hair. This one was right after a nap.

Photobucket

How Jack's hair for some reason grows faster on top than on the sides.

Photobucket

Their gorgeous blue eyes!!??

Photobucket

Photobucket

How Jack is a bottomless pit of drool.

Photobucket

How Jack is always so happy in the morning.

Photobucket

Something about this pitiful face. I'm not quite sure what though.

Photobucket

How quickly their smiles can make any moment better.

I hope I  never forget these precious times. I know at times I don't realize how these days will fly by so quickly.

Kayla and Riley

Kayla is a really good friend of mine. We've known each other since High school and when we get together we love to talk. We share a passion of talking about Jesus and how He is working in our life. I get excited when I hang out with Kayla because I know she is not afraid of sharing how God has recently poured his grace in her life. A few weeks ago I asked Kayla if I could take some pictures of her and her new baby girl, Riley. They were so adorable. It was suppose to be an outdoor shoot but the wind was so crazy that we ended up staying inside. They were so cute together that it didn't even matter.

I don't think Riley knew what to think of me.

Photobucket

You can't tell, but Hayden is running around trying to play with me. At some points He is actually on my back while I'm taking pictures.
